We stand behind the quality of what we make. If there's a manufacturing defect in workmanship or materials, we'll repair it at no cost to you.

What's covered:

• Loose stones
• Clasp issues
• Workmanship defects

What's not covered:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage or scratches
• Loss or theft
• Repairs done by anyone other than us
• Damage from mishandling or chemicals

What you need:

• Original invoice
• Original certificate
• The piece must not have been altered or repaired by a third party

How it works: Contact us through your account or email returns@ekatrajewels.com. We'll arrange insured pickup. If the issue is a manufacturing defect, we'll repair it and return it to you.

Logistics charges (₹1,000 each way) apply. Standard turnaround is 15-21 working days.

You can sell your jewellery back to us at any point in the future.

What you get:

• 100% of metal value at current market rates
• 80% of diamond value at current market rates

Deductions:

• Original making charges, GST, and discounts applied at purchase
• ₹1,000 logistics and processing fee

What you need:

• Original product
• Original or copy of invoice
• Product certificate and hallmarking documents
• Original packaging
• Warranty card (if applicable)

Missing certificates will incur a re-certification fee of ₹1,500.

How it works: Place a buyback request through your account or contact us at returns@ekatrajewels.com. We'll arrange insured pickup, inspect the piece, and confirm the final value. Payment is made via bank transfer within 21 business days, or as a gift card within 24 hours if you prefer.

Note: Jewellery altered or repaired by a third party is not eligible.

All orders are shipped free within India.

What to expect:

• Orders are processed and dispatched in 12 working days
• Delivery typically takes 12 business days once shipped
• You'll receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp
• Delivery requires ID proof and OTP verification

Personalized or custom items: These may take longer. Lead time will be shown at checkout.

Split shipments: If your order contains both standard and custom items, we may ship them separately. Non-custom items may arrive first.

For returns, exchanges, buyback, or maintenance: Shipping and processing charges of ₹1,000 each way apply.

Refunds are processed within 15 working days from approval.

• The piece must be in original, unused, undamaged condition
• All tags, packaging, and certificates must be necessary. 
• Broken or torn tags make the product ineligible
• Items altered, resized, or repaired by anyone other than us are not eligible
• A quality check will be performed when we receive it

Not eligible: Engraved, personalized, or custom-made items.
