Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?

Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. They are graded by the same international standards (IGI / GIA) and are optically indistinguishable from earth-mined stones.

What is Ekatra's return and exchange policy?

Ekatra offers a 15-day easy return and exchange policy on most products. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Custom or engraved pieces are not eligible for returns.

Do Ekatra jewellery pieces come with a certificate?

Yes. All Ekatra diamond jewellery comes with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) certificate that details the quality, carat weight, and grading of the diamonds used.
