1. Ekatra Gift Cards are issued digitally and delivered via email with a unique redemption code.
2. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
4. Gift cards may only be redeemed on the Ekatra website.
5. If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using other payment methods.
6. Any unused balance will remain available for use until the gift card expiry date.
7. Ekatra is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift card codes.
8. Ekatra reserves the right to cancel or refuse redemption in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
